One would think they'll have a much easier time identifying chronic offenders reported to them than random posters

Perhaps the SEC's recent press release on cyber crime enforcement has had a chilling affect on using social media to push grandiose pennystock narratives.

I hope so, I fell to quite a few P&D’s when I started trading. I hope they go after those, although they did teach me valuable lessons like taking profits and trusting your own judgement. But I think we can both agree this is not a p&d, just a bunch of people who believe in Bvtk. Whether we are right or not, we will find out — but it is all in good faith
