Investors in a Private Debt ridden Company that is worth ($13.5M) less than what they invested.
Those 13 Investors expected to recover their investments plus profit by selling their billions of discounted shares to the public after pumping the stock by releasing PR on new products.
They have zero chance of recovering their investment from Saleen as a private company, in my opinion. Low revenue, high expenses, big losses, heavy debt. No value to sell.
