Second, the "merge" its with a dear friend of Dr Moran. The owner of India Imports, Inc out of Metairie, La, Mr. Shah who has built a $150m company per annum is keen to mesh both companies together and boost DEWM into the stratosphere.

Marco hasn't given any information on the merger/acquisition other than they're working diligently on it as we speak. The rumor of a Reverse Split is nothing but a rumor...Dewmar addressed that already.
