Meh, I don't have a large issue with her reaching out to Roger who even encourages it...

As long as she does it with reason and not every waking second... Sounds like she is building a good rapport with Roger and that's beneficial...

As long as we as shareholders as a whole are not overbearing to Roger, its not the end of the world if people occasionally reaches out...
