We are missing substantial human data to support 2-73.
The Australian trial is just too small to get serious attention.
The data available from the trials so far has been suggestive of positive results. However the full data set has not been released to allow for any independent analysis.
So, while we investors see huge potential, the rest of the medical community sees a small start that looks good and not much more.
