My assumption is that Wayne's sister does not operate an upscale restaurant so my response is in reference to "junkfood" i.e., fast foodies...
Pick either coast and the news has been relentless with protests/walk-outs/demonstrations of fast-food workers demanding a "living wage" to raise their families... In addition, I don't know of any workplace environment, restaurant or otherwise, that doesn't have a phone/social media policy in effect due to excessive use.
