Really? Have there been any significant failures to deliver up to this point? I guess you weren't a millionaire by last week so it's time to whine.

I was wondering about the update on fins, but not concerned like you. I've dealt with much worse. The news flow here is heavy and consistent.

Did you see the video of how packed snales was this weekend? I did, and I was impressed. You are running out of time to accumulate before this makes another run.

It was never said there would be audit update last week.

Current Q is going to be record over last Q which was a record.

And the CEO indicated that next Q will also be a record.

That will be 5 straight quarters of record revenue growth.

In the end, reported revenues/earnings is all the update that really matters, no?

They never said there was going to be an audit update.

Not sure why there would be an audit update anyways, the auditor engagement letter is viewable on otcmarkets.com which clearly states mid October...

The reason the audit isn't finished is because it isn't the future yet.

No can has been kicked down the road. Roger never said the audits were going to be completed in September...

He told us exactly what the auditors told him

" I thought we were getting audit updates last week. How long do we keep kicking cans down the road? "

NO one has kicked the can. The audits should be done shortly, but no one said they would be done last week. No one from the company at least.

They are due 3 1/2 months after the year end. Just like they are normally due on April 15th for a December 31 fiscal year company. For a June 31, company, that is October 15. Roger said he will get them out early. that's ALL he has said. Some thought the deadline was this week, so early was last week. That was their mistake. But the company is still doing exactly what they said, and no one from the company is kicking the can down the road.

Look at some posts from July, where some of us said we will probably get the audits the first week of October, although MAYBE earlier and in September (ANd it still MAY happen. This week. May not though, and that is not kicking the can down the road), and then the unaudited (Since it is a quarterly) numbers on 1st quarter ALSO in October. Not due then, but Roger has been excited so he has put them out early, just like he put out the unaudited annual our early.

Just some facts so you don't think anyone is kicking anything down the road on financials. Hasn't happened.
