You do realize they aren't going to announce 10 billion in dillution at once right? That would be $10 million dollars at the low of .001 this frees them up for a year plus if no more of these announcements as even if the share price were to fall to .0001 that's $1 million.

And at your own described burn rate of 40k per month that gives them over 2 years
