Burn sauce! I think this move is generally misunderstood. This is not NASDAQ. Increase in A/S usually causes these turds to run down here in the nasty sewers of the OTC.
You got it! Most of these shares are being distributed to the members of the board. Burke, Tew, Ben Tyson and especially Beta Killers want to run the PPS up much higher before these shares actually become available.
