The Wyomingsos shows a new President and Director. Combine that with MMG stating the were a selling agent only and their task is done (meaning EEGI was sold) is proof that EEGI is no longer under old management.

This also reinforces the fact that EEGI has been sold, and are currently reorganizing.



There is also an email from Miro Z. From MMG stating about the same thing.

There is also this tweet dated July 26th that states all members of EEGI resigned. Hope this helps.
