I agree with your sentiment... Willy Jam has now been proved to be a crook until proven otherwise... This whole controversy about whether the 75/25% Split goes all the way to the 'eventual' Assets distribution, IF they ever are shown to us, I think is a Result of his Deliberate actions to STEAL everything to the Commons.. he was always one with the 'Insider-Track' And That's why he Scaled in into the Commons So BIG, I won't put it beyond him that he hatched this scheme with his now 'buddy' Hedge Fund 'Gang of Four" to Steal everything for the Commons ---that's why they DUMPED Preferreds while telling everyone on this MB to BUY Them, while they 'Gobbled' up the Commons from the 'Sheeple' Retail Holders, who got scared and Dumped their Commons...
