Launch a "PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION EXCHANGE" application:
- buyer should submit a prescription
- seller should submit an offer (seller could get a prescription, but won't take it)

I am wondering why it isn't exist in the US? like ... JokkoSanté (or is it?)
