Maybe the obvious... Maybe someone wanted some shares, but maybe someone couldn't get any @ .0001 and placed their order at .0002. .0001 has not been easy to get unless someone decides to sell theirs.
I've made good money in stocks that don't produce anything - they still run and that's all most people trading in OTC care about - we care about making money and it doesn't matter one bit if the company has millions in revenue or zero. As long as it runs, it's all good. If I want companies with millions in revenue I"ll go trade oh Nasdaq.
