Speaking of Apple's consent, you said that Eontec's patent application was willful patent infringement with out Apple's consent.

However, the willful patent infringement of the Eon patent with the Apple logo is not speculation. That patent was filed and published along with the logo. Apple had to give their OK or Eon is in a heap of doo-doo.

You also inferred that your statement was confirmed by two eminently qualified patent attorneys.

That's really not true. Not being a wiseacre, but would the question asked to two long-time law firm partners, in different firms, doing loads of IP litigation and IP protection for Fortune 500 companies, with Engineering degrees from MIT and Princeton, along with law degrees from similarly situated Universities suffice? I'd hope so. That Eon patent wasn't long to review.

Now we all know that there must be an Apple patent in order for Li to have engaged in "patent infringement." Your patent attorneys must have found an apple patent in order to have confirmed the willful patent infringement of the Eon patent.

I beg you to please give us the Apple patent number.
I hate to keep bringing this up, but this Apple patent could have tremendous clout over LQMT's use of Eontec's IP. After having a chance to review this Apple patent for myself, I might want to sell my LQMT shares.

Of course, there is the possibility that I have misunderstood what you wrote, and if so, please explain.
