If I was holding...which I'm not, from anything higher than today it's still a sell high move.
If I was looking to get in, I would be watching for a flatline/consolidation.
Until then this has all downward pressure.
There is no business history at all to research for an investment. I think if that's the plan...they need a lot of capital to do so, which will be more downward pressure.
If a buyout is the plan suddenly 4.5 Billion shares are in play, and there isn't any valuation to gauge a price by.
The fact that this isn't an actual device or drug worries me about the valuation...
