I feel that, so much.
When I saw those messages were from May, I felt better that I hadn't readily been able to find them today, and further felt much better that we've got 5 to 7 months behind us since those significant developments with deferred revenues, which I hope some part of will be reconciled for tax and other purposes before Dec. 31.

The way I look at it, those of us who were early to the party should be quite happy about this taking so long to develop. Long term capital gains tax is much better than short term capital gains tax. For me, it will be the difference between a retirement house versus a retirement condo! Go SFOR!
