Dilution occured and continues now.......once completed the share price will recover IMHO. I really dont count my chips till the dealing is done and from what I read, there are five more hospital related businesses about to be acquired by LIBE and MR. Lunds experience in real estate leads me to believe the share price will increase in the next five years. Thats why he put all his shares in Roth IRA's as he only has to pay taxes once and one can not remove monies stocks etc without a severe penalty for five years.
