$LIBE Here is some DD on the quality of directors for Integro.

Director: Bradley G. Fisher

Brad Fisher and Stephen Hohenrieder co-founded Featherstone Holdings in 2011. The original purpose of the firm was to help wealthy families and family offices deploy capital into operating companies.
Shortly thereafter, Edward Baker joined the firm, and we increased the scope of our advisory activities to include real estate assets. Edward continues to carry out advisory work for family offices and real estate projects. Please feel free to contact him at ebaker@featherstoneholdings.com.
We eventually decided to extend Featherstone’s focus from advisory work to hands-on operations. In 2014, Clyde Fossum came on board and we launched our acquisition efforts.
In 2015, Featherstone brought together a consortium of investors to acquire Elevated Billing Solutions, a Behavioral Health Revenue Cycle Management company based in the Salt Lake City area. We quickly became captivated by the scope and magnitude of the challenge our society faces regarding addiction and mental health issues. Featherstone Holdings is now dedicated to that cause.

Brad Fisher Bio:
Brad Fisher has devoted the bulk of his professional career to entrepreneurship in the business-to-business, technology, and investment management arenas.
In addition to his work with Featherstone Holdings, Brad provides consulting services in collaboration with Derigo, LLC. He is also a partner in Recovery Help, LLC, a ‘Virtual Outpatient Program’ company that provides video-based teletherapy for people suffering from addiction.
In 2015, Brad led the acquisition of Elevated Billing Solutions. While serving as CEO of that company, he developed an intense passion for the Behavioral Health sector, which has inspired Featherstone Holdings to focus nearly exclusively in this arena.
As a co-founder and Managing Director of Featherstone Holdings, Brad has worked with wealthy families and family offices to acquire, upgrade, and monetize operating businesses. Prior to Featherstone, Brad served as the CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Springcreek Advisors LLC, a California-based multi-family office, and he previously served as a general partner and the Chief Operating Officer for Pemigewasset Capital, a Connecticut-based family office and hedge fund.
Brad founded or co-founded multiple ventures during his early career, including Aim 21, Incorporated, a software company that developed enterprise multimedia database systems for advertising agencies and their clients. After selling Aim 21 to Reuters in 1996, he founded Tailwind, Incorporated, an online resource center for entrepreneurs and small business owners. The American Towns Network acquired Tailwind in 2001.
Brad Fisher received an M.B.A. from Stanford University and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Minnesota. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Saybrook University.
