but left out of the 8K,,, that would be illegal.....

It is exactly what it says it is... their retailer filed bankruptcy and they will not be getting the 72k from sales from that retailer. the retailer handled sales for SFOR in the places mentioned in the 8k, which is basically everwhere sfor advertised as being sold.
