LOL, your too funny. I was in DC fairly recently. Stayed in Virginia as usual. ABC stores, and no liquor on Sundays? So I just cross the boarder into MD into a gas station and got me some everclear and filled up the rental car's gas tank.
The everclear/moonshine was not for the car.....LOL
I have to say, stinky pinky BPlan might be good to buy gas stations in border towns around states who don't allow liquor sales on Sundays.
