Everything stated is wrong! They intend to purchase Songbird that has a certification. They intended to fly to Caribbean at first with a 737-400 that they will lease from AerSale! They plan on changing their name to US Global after purchasing Songbird that has a certification in place! After revenue flights commence, they plan on leasing more 737-400's to continue the revenue stream! After revenue comes in, they will try for certification of the 777 or 767.... that's the real truth!!

Lol, what? They're buying an airline with a Part 121 cert and will be flying this year in all likelihood if they acquire Songbird by the closing date of October 15-30. Do some due diligence.
