SO lets be clear on this... BLTA gets a plane, "Intends" to fly to Europe, "Hopes to get FAA approval", "May buy more planes" etc. When Beltia does not get FAA approval they: Change the name from Beltia air lines to USGlobal after never receiving US government certification to operate and now they again "intend" to fly to Europe, "Hope to receive US certification and "may" buy more planes. So when does the US certify an airline based just on a name change?
