LP, no need for apologies over frustration here, that's for sure. Remember that the FDIC is a quasi-governmental organization, but still a corporation, so it's walking the edge of law here as we've seen. That's why I said they won't move forward unless they have to, or at a minimum expose themselves to legal action. Just remember that there are numerous entities involved here that can afford the caliber of legal representation that would prevail if they fail to comply with law and go beyond established limits. We as individuals may be looking for significant recoveries here, but they pail in comparison to what the big boyz are expecting...and they know much more than we do.
