Remember a year ago, when ICNB was telling the story of how they and CB found a special organic vineyard to make wine from?
If their production goes up by an order of magnitude, where are all of the "special organic grapes" going to come from?
Goes back to my point: even if "Bellissima" is, in fact, made with organic grapes, it is still mass-market wine in a vanity bottle. That is the only way their production could accommodate such shifts in demand, if they really happen.
