Is the interest from the ABS's considered equity interest and as such goes to WMIH? Also do you expect a dividend payment at the end of September? TIA AZ

I don't understand a word of that, but clearly you do and you've done a lot of work to come to the understanding. Thank you for that

AZ, again, thank you for everything. I have a couple questions, only answer one if you feel like just answering one, or more if you feel like it. It's not your job to educate others including myself, but if I only learned one thing from your answer it will be helpful. Thank you! -

1. What is the difference between WaMu, WMIIC, WMB and WMI, which one of those three was the original Washington Mutual Bank, and what do the letters in each abbreviation actually stand for?

2. What is an ABS, and an ABS Cert Trust?

3.what is nunc-pro-tunc? (See that all the time).

4. What is a REIT? A preferred series? A trust producing security?

5. How is it possible (and I ask this as respectfully as you can possibly imagine) is it possible to have this incredibly extensive understanding of Financial and legal matters, and still get so many dates, and predictions and expectations off? What is throwing the constant curveball?

AZ, do you think its highly likely we'll see class 17 distribution announcement by next Friday?

Also, what do you think of the odds that FDIC drag out the final distribution to end of next quarter (Dec 31)? I'm starting to think the odds might be 50/50. Which in that case, WMIH share prices might take a tumble...regardless of whether they extend the financing deal or not.
