BLDV: I definitely agree... there is SIGNIFICANT ACCUMULATION occurring here in this stock in the 0.0016 to 0.0020 range. Smart investors and traders do not accumulate that much stock just for a 1-2 tick flip; a SUBSTANTIAL move to the upside is definitely in the making.
