Sidney said the fully diluted shares will be about 4.3B; He didn't say the O/S was currently 4 billion.

He is telling you he is going to exercise his option rights.
Why shouldn't he? It's his money and knowledge that got ALRT to this point.
We never hear companies mention fully diluted share structure but in reality all shares need to be taken into account and Sidney is doing that.

Too much misinformation here. People claim they spoke to CEO who obviously didn't, people making up emails, people claiming the OS is 4B and 2B and the Nevada Secretary of State clearly indicates 100M AS. I trust filings, and sworn documents forr which people go to prison when they falsely report them. I DO NOT trust doctored pretend emails and claims from people that they "spoke" to so and so.

If you want to believee all these claims, the AS is anywhere from 100M to 20B, the CEO owns either none of the shares or 97% of the company, the company is being bought out or not being bought out, more devices will be approved soon or the company will delist and go BK. Lets go w/ the filings, price action and chart. Even a PR or two, but enough with the claims of people who called a bio pharma and the CEO answered the phone to discuss company strategy with a 22 year old kid.
