You missing the point. We own the rights to work in the nonCE space, Apple doesn't. If they plan to build a car and plan to farm manufacturing out to Ford or whomever, if CIP patents are used or BMG is part of the vehicle or if they want to license contracts to build anything that is nonCE they will have to pay lqmt royalties. Anything that Apple does that is not exclusively CE we get paid. Period!!!
