Yes, the mm didn't put it on the bid, they won't give you shares unless that mm that has your bid sells shares at whatever their bid is, i.e. the .07 sell was through another mm. You can up the number of shares or buy off the ask.
I had an all or none bid for 50k shares end of day at .071 and then .073 and neither got hit after 10 minutes....took away all or none and put bid of 50k shares at .0725 and got 27k filled (last trade of day).
Right after it filled, .0725 bid jumped to 93000 and didnt get hit the last few minutes. No idea how and why some lots are hit and others arent.
