Problem with this thinking: from what I read, the attorney did not leave voluntarily, but was fired. So, using his departure as an excuse to delay proceedings is transparently motivated, and any delay or extension may not be granted...

This is a most insane denial of what is actually happening. And once again, the boards decision is final and non appealable. NON APPEALABLE!
