You didn't answer my two questions, which is fine, of course.

Regardless, the Apple logo is a willful infringement if not OK'd by Apple.

Not looking to get into a tangle; only saying it doesn't mesh with the one thing that is not subject to conjecture or speculation - the use of that protected, iconic photo in the Eon patent.

If Apple was not on board with this, why would Lugee poke the giant by intentionally misusing one of the most recognizable trademarks in all of worldwide business and do it willfully? Either he's asking for severe retribution or Apple OK'd it.

It doesn't make sense that he'd want to incur loads of legal fees and treble damages from such a well-funded, worthy opponent, particularly when he claims he wants their business and rightfully so. I'll leave it at that

Thats rational, thanks for the post. There are so many irons in the fire and Prof. Li is the industrialist to make it happen.
