Ref: DB for one(administrator), A&M another. The trusts are stand alone, NO ONE OWNS them.

Parent Company who formed them.

The stand alone just means that have their own set of financials. As for SPE / Trusts - mainly Balance Sheet.

CONTROL or DIRECT them I will go along with BUT OWN????????? A trust the way I understand them are a live entity in themselves not owned but directed by a TRUSTEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am a TRUSTEE to a trust,I can do what ever with it but I do NOT OWN IT, but still I DO control the assets held withing the trust and can do with those pretty much as I see fit
