LOL, dude there's like 10 ppl that work there, they're not built to hire someone full time to answer your calls. Once they get bought out, you'll be able to reach them quicker, just give it some time.

We're talking about an emerging medical device company, which endured years of expensive R&D.. typically these companies fail due to the costs from trials etc, but this one succeeded and got a green light from the FDA.. these companies get beat up during R&D and don't typically have the luxury of paying an IR rep

IR?, really! Have you seen the size of this Company? They have worked years to get to this point with the FDA, why would they waste money on a lousy IR department aka massive G&A expense when there are no revenues.
