You keep saying 3DIcon is gone forever, but despite the merger of the two companies, Coretec still includes the pursuit of 3D Display technologies all over its web site. In addition, 2 of the 4 listed management team, Co-chairman of BOD and two advisory consultants listed on the web site are from the former 3DIcon team. It's misleading to say the least.
3DIcon may be gone in terms of a company name or trading symbol, but Coretec still has the same former 3DIcon team involved in the new company. No matter what you call it, it is still the same old POS company that is unable to deliver on anything.
Good luck selling any new investors on the idea that it is something miraculously different.
