It is all about timing. I did very well many times with this company and a couple of their stock dividends were the icing on the cake. I do believe this is a good time to be in PHIL at this level. Just one soldified deal will make this take off like a rocket. Of course, no closed deal means more share dilution and a gradual decline in share price. Again, it is all about timing.
