Do you really believe that phone call occurred??

Since when do lawyers talk about confidential details of their clients with strangers?

Since when do lawyers make promises about winning or how much a settlement will be for?

People got suckered.

Contacted law firm and they are very much aware of the on going litigation and payout/settlements can vary. In our case, it looks like the range of 50 million and up to but not out of the question, 800 million. The damages over the past 3 years are gross and that is just for the securities side alone, not the business. .....idk about you guys but that phone call was extraordinary
