In other words, inconclusive. Most people thought the AD trial would have been started by now. I remember when Macfarlane was drumming up support for trial enrollment--was it on the radio? How long ago was that? Everyone assumes three trials will start up in 2017. Of course, now it's okay if the AD trial doesn't start up in 2017; give the good doctor the benefit of the doubt. Well, you know what that means. Enrollment will take at least a year. The trial will take at least a year. Compiling data another six months. 2020? And the money for such a trial? Oh, I forgot: Rett's. If it starts in 2017, it will take three months, and it goes without saying data will be spectacular. Just ask the doctor.

You half-answered question three. It's like Anavex releasing a pr that they will be attending a conference in four months. We can only cross our fingers that he won't pull out of it before December 31, for strategic reasons, of course.
