Even if they did issue that many to an insider, they can't be sold for 6 months.

If you want to argue this isn't an SEC filing, than the holding period is 12 months.

For the last time people, the A/S is 100 million!! Check the NVSOS for the facts, the TA and otcmarkets has old info, 2 minutes of DD will show you that.
