That's essentially the only reason this thing has a chance. They don't even need to buy the other 10%. They just need to propose an RTO with good terms and all shareholders would vote for it.
After todays posts and volume they probably own most of the float by now, but the other 10 percent wasnt as easy to come by once the jig was up so they bid on the assets instead and won. Float shares alone could show them immediate profit depending on how many they own and how high their news can get the pps.
