I don't think they are getting warrants at 7 cents. I'm hoping it's in the same range as Rory's options at 36 cents

I didn't know it would be that obvious.

I thought companies, depending on their assets etc, could look into a loan of sorts. I just did not interpret it that they might have to issue shares. I guess we'll see.

At some point in the last shac Rory said the outstanding has remained the same since the last update a couple weeks ago but will be going up with the new financing.
