Royal, that is the truth 100% correct...I hope now that this last roadblock had been removed JPM has no reason to stall and the FDIC fears are pacified in terms of additional lawsuits. Still curious to see how they wing it with the WMB bonds - cash/JPM assumes them. Very interesting to watch for the last dismissal ..."with prejudice".
