You can confirm that fact by doing a "Product Code" search at the FDA 510k database link below, entering "PQY". The previous Product Code for ActiPatch (Cleared under the name ActiBand) was "ILX". A search under ILX yields a dozen devices, none of them are OTC, most are large clinical sized machines.
