nah, these nickler tickers are tricky to trade because tutes get the benefit of trading in between nickle tics
a pilot program we hope as traders will not get approved for the broader market
if it gets approved, the volume in the stock market will switch to being 99% institutional algos and bots, rather than the current 87% algos, 13% humans
i guess its inevitable
