Yeah Flipper I think PFS should meet primary endpoint. Math on PFS is pretty easy...

Dec 2016 Trial hits 25% PFS
Nov 2015 last enrollment (14 months ago)
May 2014 midpoint for enrollment (33 months ago)

Midpoint 1st Half = 5% past this point have not progressed = 8.3 people based on historical study figures.

25% end of trial = 82.75

Midpoint 2nd Half = 82.75 - 8.3 = 74.45 PFS / 166 = 45%

Last enrolled patient = 14 months

mPFS = other studies 6-10 months...

There has to be major efficacy somewhere in this equation...
