It ain't all that good, that's for sure.

It points to Kay (for better or worse) telling the "truth" about having enough cash to make it. But it also shows how dire things are and this may very well be it if the settlements don't show up or show up and are light weights.

I think it's a good thing, it maybe worse than a loan shark but it's FAR better than a 40% contingency fee.
