Call it what you want, but a spade is still a spade and dilution, large or small, will occur. The definition of what a reverse merger is and what occurs during a reverse merger is not at question here....I'm quite familiar and don't need someone to read to me like a 2nd grader.

The only reason Oncolix went the reverse merger route was because it was cheap and a fast route to the stock market, and I don't believe for one second that they intend to make it to NASDAQ.

Sole purpose of the merger was to create golden parachutes for their restless investors at the expense of naive, mis-informed, and greedy pinky stock investors.

This is not the beginning for Oncolix, it's a quick and cheap way to the end.
