When dealing with BK there is very little discretionary decision making in the civil court system. This isn't a paternity case, it's BK. Rules are generally pretty clear. Especially when we're talking numbers.
Exactly :) as is clear on a BK risk, the outcome is in the breadcrumbs that have been covered, by many, here on the board ;) I'm still stayinin lol and since Mr. Jeff Freedman is the wallet holder, it's my belief he's a bit more seasoned and affiliated :) therefore worth following the $$$!
