Good question. No one truly knows. This company has been in the dark for a really, really long time. Even when they posted stuff, they never lived up to it. Maybe its them buying back some of their shares to lower their overall cap since they are cheap? Not doing it in extremely large quantities allows them to buy it back a fraction of what they sold it for as long as it doesnt go up. This stock had so much potential and fluff when it first came out...but they never delivered on the promises which would have actually driven the stock up.
