You have gotta be the 7% that didn't get out of their short position .. I've seen in the past that when a stocks short interest drops 93% the pps drops ,, wait that doesn't make any sense .

A conpany worth $.15 chose to state they are starting a pilot that could lead to a partnership with a company trading at $38.78....

Just to be clear, this is one of the few times the company has stated the name of the partner so clearly, including the ticker symbol...

How does this equal a time to sell again?
