I research a lot of Cannabis companies and SIGO is by far the one I'm most excited about.

The company currently occupies approximately 22,000 square feet. The company has been offered up to 750,000 square feet by our existing landlord. For the first phase of expansion, we plan to lease a minimum of a combined 152,000 square feet, however the Company is still in discussions with the landlord about the entire 750,000 square feet". From 8/23.

"22,000 square feet of green house space is expected to be able to generate up to 4,000 pounds of medical cannabis per year. The price per pound is currently $1,000 to $1,750, which would equate to $4,000,000 to $7,000,000 annually".

152,000------> $28m to $49m annually.

Simple sales multiple of 5X Revenues = $140 Mil Market Cap / 7 Mil Shares (Max)= $20 PPS! Conservatively and not including other revenue sources or clones...

9. max O/S will be 7m (in 2018), but for a solid reason: $30m revenues projected.
